Payment Plans for Next Vacations

Plan ahead and use a payment plan. You are welcome to make payments.  Together we can create the vacation of your dreams. I have answered some questions below that you might have. Please call or E-mail me if you have any more questions or would like a quote.

1. Do I need to put down a deposit?
Yes. the minimum deposit required by the cruise line.  We would then contact you to set up your cruise and go over the payment plan with you.  From time to time there are lower deposits that are required by the cruise line.  If you are interested in a lower deposit, please call CruiseOne directly and we will do our best to find a lower deposit cruise for you.

2. Are there any charges for this service?
No.

3. How much time can I take to make my payments?
You can take up to 20 months to make payments. The only thing you have to remember is that the final payment should be made 75 days prior to sailing.  Decide what month you want to take your vacation.  Count how many months until your vacation and subtract by 3.

         exp.  13 Months until the vacation - 3 Months = 10 equal payments

         Take what you can afford to pay each month and multiply that number by the number

         of payments and you will come up with the total you can afford.

        Suggestion -- for the remaining 3 months you might want to put the same amount of your payment in a savings account for spending funds while on your vacation.

4. Can I make payments for other items such as gratuities, shore excursions, etc.
Yes, if the cruise line allows you to advance pay for these items, you can include them in your payment schedule.

5. What if the price comes down once I give the deposit.
You will receive the reduced price provided that cruise line stipulations do not apply.

6. Can I make payments using a credit card?
Yes, in fact we encourage you to use your credit card to make payments. Most credit card companies provide for additional level of protections for the consumer. I would need written permission from you to charge your credit card. If your credit card expires during the payment schedule, I will contact you to get the new expiration date.

7. Can I make payments with a check?
Yes. Although we encourage you to use your credit card for your payments, we can accept payments through your checking account. You would provide me with a voided check and written permission to submit a monthly payment though your account. You will then get an invoice and a copy of the check receipt each month. Of course, you would be responsible for any returned check fees due to lack of funds if this should occur. You can also submit a check each month if you wish to do so.

8. When would the payments be made each month?
I would be submitting the payment on either the 5th or the 20th of the month. You would decide. If you would like to have two payments taken out each month, I would be more than happy to handle that as well.

9. Once I start my payments can I change my cruise vacation?
Yes, as long as final payment has not been made you can make any changes to your vacation you wish. Each vacation has a cancellation schedule of which you will need to be aware. This information is located in the Cruise Line’s brochure.

10.  What happens if I cancel my cruise vacation?
You will receive 100% of the amount you paid to CruiseOne--Gomes and Associate so long as the cancellation penalties have not been imposed by the Cruise Line.
